He had spied on my every internet move. Finding ALL people (until I realized and hid the rest) I was in contact with. He was following my web browser and contacting anyone I did about him and even contacted some that I signed into MY web browser on THIER computer. They had not contacted silvieus or left a comment but got an email from him anyway welcoming them back to his Cincinnati Sci Fi website. Plus he was neck and neck website to website often. And I kept getting frequent browser or keyboard setting changes. ALL this 5 years ago and when I cought him doing again recently he will SWEAR he does not have that knoweledge.
So I am showing his true colors once again and to see which blogs he can manipulate.
THIS IS NOT A HATESITE OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT.

In this case an ebay seller I call the ebay bully and the "I'll show You" type wise guy attitude seller that has a NEED for confrontation and to tell lies.
Just an example of a type behavior I encountered & you might encounter yourself. It is the events as they happened with the documented truth and some amusing anecdotes put in.

If you are using eBay Or Especially collectors of ANIME/Sailor moon items, Star Wars, Star Trek then know to look out for sellers like this "ANIMEGAMINGCCGMINISTOYSNMORE" previously "CINCINNATI SCI-FI /cincinnatiscifi /" & still "sildog " & unfortunate for the family but always "david a. silvieus", any way you spell it /it spells trouble if not a smooth deal from the start!
And those in the Cincinnati /West Chester area a warning to what you may be getting into!
Ebay allows lies/slander & will tell you to go to court to prove your case. So see the warning signs and let these sellers just "GO Away" from lack of sales. Because if they have an attitude like David A. Silvieus they could be telling YOU " I don't have time for idiots & whiners" & "Don't go away mad, just go away" no matter how long or how badly they have messed up. And that is exactly the things this guy tells you and the type way you will be treated.

I ordered an item. I received the wrong item. I sent that box back as instructed & did not receive the replacement I was told I would.
I inquired 4 times in 2 months. Got 2 replies that it was being sent & last reply that it would be checked into "If what I was stating was true?"

This made me believe I should just get refund from PayPal. (Too late!) Ebay? (Too late also!) No refund. I had been TOO patient.
Square deal? Gave it a try! I was now upset & in square deal thread seller stated he doesn't have time for idiot whiners! I then called him an a**hole in that forum (next response) So he said now I was not getting My item until I apologize. (already said he didn't have time for me. (I was another idiot whiner)
I left the negative at that time! (his own words spoken) "If u get wrong item U R beat! Doesn't have time! Doesn't care! even in square deal!
That was the truth as HE said to me.
An hour later (same Saturday after 1st saying he would check Monday)He leaves negative stating Total Loser!Foul language,Trust this powersellerCANCEL BID AVOID PayPal THIEF! As if I received the item & a refund. & put on his side: We did ship wrong item but then shipped correct! Buyer is a PayPal Thief!
He KNEW he was lying and making an accusation that was defamatory! But he did anyway. Because it is of his bad character (can't help himself) & just because he CAN according to Ebay policy.

Regarding Feedback
This has been a TOUGH month. I have had three people from the UK Great Britian steal from me. Basically I have proof that I shipped my items to these people and they say they did not get it and ask for paypal to give them there money back. Paypal will ALWAYS give people there money back outside of the USA and US sellers cannot do anything about it. It is not fair but it is the way it is.
We also spread ourselves a little thin at Christmas and were a little slower than we should have been. However now we are back on track.I find feedback very important. I think providing appropiate feedback is crucial to the success of E-bay.
You may have noticed that we do have a som negatives. about one in 95 people or so.Many of the negatives are due to the fact we gave negative feedback to those who deserved it and therefore received it ourselves. If someone refuses to pay they deserve a negative, if someone cheats a seller from overseas other sellers should be notified that they are a deadbeat or thief. They do not like this and give it to us in return even though we did nothing wrong. We will continue to give negatives to those who deserve it because we believe in keeping e-bay a fair and honest place to do business. WE FEEL THOSE DEALERS WITH HIGH FEEDBACK AND NO NEGATIVES are forcing people like me to do their dirty work. They let non-payers and others slide and allow themselves to be taken advantage of just to avoid a negative feedback. We believe people are smart enough to realize that a few negatives does not mean you are a bad dealer. If you have any questions about any negatives or neutrals we have had we would be happy to answer you honestly on what happened. If ever you should have a problem with us or our product, we will go out of our way to be fair and honest and do the right thing. We have been selling collectibles , gaming and anime as our profession for over 11 years and plan to do it for the rest of our lives so you can trust us to be fair and honest in all our dealings. If he were capable of that service he SWEARS by without lies, slander, manipulation and his EXTREME horrible attitude when LITTLE things go wrong he would not have to keep switching names and if he would just handle the little things as they happen he would not have to spend 100 times the effort with WARS and his petty, spiteful revenge. Maybe the town of West Chester got smart so now it is time to make sure ebay gets the same brains and does the right thing also.

Unless he is going to change that also after having shamed it. And his kid will have to start saving his allowance so he can legally change his name as soon as possible!

Live Journal sucks! You cannot show the things that happened to you there when they were personal experiences that involve a scoundrel like david a. sivieus. Poor Baby Davey gets them taken down after sending us the numerous emails that they are a waste of our time and that these blogs do not bother him. I will show you the blogs along with the emails soon. He can not manipulate me and there for his TRUE self WILL be shown. We even have a person with their own server and can make an entire website showing ALL in one place if he managed to get to xanga some how.
Now if you read that notice he keeps trying to convince that person he inflicts his attitude on it is all them. Same as he did to me since I was into it with him in ebays SQUARE DEAL after 2 months/no refunds/already seen how he treats people in that predicament & that is ebays last effort mediation. & others that wait a month or 2 are treated with the same disrespectful & nasty attitude. And with me & many others he lies and even leaves defamation/liable statement in feedback. And will then swear he doesn't lie or cheat people.
All of this backs most of the peoples (customers with a dispute) side in his feedback .
He has already lied to me about why he gave someone a nasty negative when the guy gave silvieus a nice positive. And he will lie about all his customers he is rude & nasty with. Including lie to you about me.

I contacted ebay about the feedback and I am awaiting a response. However upon reading it says if there is a link they remove feedback. It appears my negative will be removed Once that happens I will ask them to remove your comment on the negative I gave you. They should do that also. Only time will tell though. I really did get someone fired before. It appears i have a ton of satisified customers but when people dislike me- like you -for some reason they go a little crazy. (Couldn't be because of silpigs rude,disgusting behavior, could it?)Thier bosses often wonder what motivated them to go off the deep end I guess. I do not think you are dumb enough to use a work email though. Bummer but I like a challenge. I have already paid a small price in sales and a lot of time that I could have spent much more productively or with my family but I had to spend it defending myself with you instead and your site instead. I assume i lost a sale or two so it will be your turn to experience the negativity involved with your little crusade soon enough. This buyer had told him not to send it at that point but he insisted. Once you have paid that is the binding contract as far as he is concerned, but if he drops the ball YOU must do EVERYTHING possible & wait how ever long it takes for him to pick the ball back up & put back into play.

Buyer states:Okay so I email the jerk to tell him his item came two days ago and that I am returning to him immediately w/delivery confirmation. Then he sends me the email to say, I cannot return without his permission. So then I email him to say, this is the one paypal refunded me for after you called me a thief and offered no proof of shipment and I paid for this almost TWO MONTHS AGO! So then he replies to me saying this.......and my reply as well! What do I do?!?! His response is down at the bottom, the top is my reply to his response. WHAT A JERK, FILTHY SCUM OF THE EARTH JERK GUY!! ARG!!! BTW everyone check the delivery conf he offered in that last reply I posted above...it proves AUGUST 19th!! AND THE EMAIL proves he didnt ship until July 28th.

Heres the message you sent me AFTER the claim had been filed and no proof of delivery was offered to paypal at that time.... My item wasnt mailed until ALMOST TWO MONTHS after I PAID! you I paid on Jul 5th! Check your records. Check this delivery confirmation as well! It wasnt delivered until two days ago! Nor was mailed to me until July 28th as you said! THATS WHY I EMAILED TO TELL YOU I WAS RETURNING TO SENDER! I AM NOT DISHONEST, NOR DO I DESERVE FOR YOU TO BE THIS WAY TO ME AS IT WASNT MY FAULT IT TOOK YOU ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO SEND IT OR NOT OFFER PAYPAL PROOF OF SHIPMENT WHEN I FILED THE NO RECIEVED ITEM CLAIM!! 3:Justifies his horrible behavior by stating he has a 98% success rate so again "F" the other 2%
4:Instead of having the SLIGHTEST bit of tolerance & manners he chooses to show himself and go to ANY cost & extreme to GET the customer (in his mind there for PROVING himself RIGHT) even corrupt/bribe/& use college (maybe even high school) students to do his dirty work.
And once again this all comes from his emails where he is constantly wasting 1000 times the time & effort to remain & protect his rude & belligerent attitude

Hello All
Recently someone gave me feedback from Spain. He used the F word in his feedback. He omitted the c but it is obvious what the word is.
How do I get it removed for profanity? Please help I have not had to deal with this before.
Please provide step by step I am a little slow.

Use the link bill.glass gave you.
Go down to add'l info and click SHOW.
In the 3rd para., click on FB removal.
Go to the bottom and click report.
Enter the item number;
enter your userid.
Use the pulldown menu to choose the FB removal reason - 3rd reason.
Fill in the email box.
Click send.

How do all the people you lie and slander get YOUR remarks removed Davey?
For all interested this is 1 of the guys so many have been here asking how to get off Ebay. He lies about Times, Emails, sending the items, and calls US the thieves!
Even 1 customer that got the comment Dave left removed he was right there to leave a follow up to make sure his bad character is shown every where. He could qualify as a sociopath according to definitions.

If anyone is a moron as described by silvieus it is because they actually DID mutual withdraw after his bad attitude. It is all about mutual withdraw for him. Which is another example to stay away from this seller! 62 withdraws should just be added to amount of negatives! Also he only gave 6 feedbacks for the past 31 given to him, so it is just MORE proof he is just up to his old tricks and bad attitude!

We recently sold our retail store and the buyer only bought the gaming merchandise so all the other stuff was put in storage and it was a lot. We are in the process of moving to Houston but all items purchased will ship out before the move and I ended all but the stuff that is easy to take so I will keep that stuff up for now. I have a new job so will be listing a lot less things in the future. My new Job has me traveling a lot internationally and throughout America but we will ship the items we list fast and continue to provide outstanding customer service. When we sold our store we had a rough time for a while but now things are going smooth and we are having fun. thanks for reading.

Now after ignoring emails & calling the the customer a liar & a jerk silvieus THEN checks to see it was not mailed! The delivery confirmation states it was RECEIVED to be delivered by postal employee June 1st & is still in route June 5th.
But again it is the cost of the item that governs the remarks from the manchild for HIS bad service. And those remarks take PRIORITY over meaningless things like TRUTH & that excellent service PROMISED to you
And it can happen to any of YOU!
He operates with his foot in his mouth & acts like, "so what? It's MY business! So "F" you you are just an idiot!". And the lies just flow one after the other! As if rudeness & lies are a type of Tourette Syndrome with him?

Personally I am getting off ebay. Had enough of ebay allowing these lowlife cons to do as they please!
Comments removed due to spyware programs written in by that same guy ( sildog@aol.com) that hacked my ebay account/stole information & manipulated the account / sent emails (threats) to some who's emails were stored & were in contact over his behaviour & He also tried to leave more liable statements of defamation on auction-arses.com claiming he tried 2 more times to send my item but that I refused to sign and after paying 3 times to send the item, he states I got a paypal refund. States he is out the item and the money.
Of course if I HAD refused to sign (didn't happen) AFTER he had already left the liable statement of defamation in feedback that I had already got the item & a refund, How could I THEN have both the item and refund?
Plus both the regular postal deliverer and the U.P.S know that if the business owner, the cop in another apartment, the retired police lieutenant, or myself are not here they deliver NEXT door to that business owner who is authorized to sign for any packages of mine. And both of those delivery people would leave notes if all of the above efforts failed. So silvieus is calling all of those people liars also.
Fact as it happened & square deal / paypal records / email conversations prove, is that there was no refund & no item, but he claimed there was in feedback / on sites that he feels cannot be rebuked / & to anyone that asks HIM. And I paid to send back the wrong item 1st sent. His NEED to always LIE seems to just be part of his nature. Maybe genetic? And his wife went to so much trouble to reproduce with this poor example of a human being! (Desperate women will do desperate things) GOD TRIED to stop this gene pool, but we now have science to interfere! HHMMM! Could this be the reason for his resentment of God & renouncing of Jesus?
I would love to leave comments open since I had repeatedly asked silvieus to name one thing that he claims is a lie. He cannot! He can only elaborate more lies where he thinks they cannot be rebutted or proven as the lies they are! That is why he feels he MUST get the truth deleted and supressed. Plus the fact he keeps emailing you (if you DO anything about him) to tell you he feels sorry for you AFTER having lied about you, slandered you, berated you, belittled you, even threatened you, and states how you are wasting your time and there is nothing you can do to hurt him and nothing you do bothers him, but at the same time is doing ANYTHING (even illegal) to stop you.
The viruse type programs are a job for the Feds.
